2. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the central vacuum unit, including clearing objects, furniture, or stored items blocking the unit.
- Disclose any hazards such as damaged flooring, sharp objects, unstable shelving, or moisture around the vacuum system.
- Ensure pets are secured (leashed, crated, or placed in a separate room) for the duration of the visit to avoid escapes, injuries, or interference with service.
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present to grant entry and authorize service, unless prior written permission is given for unattended access.
- Advise the Service Provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or special concerns related to dust handling.
3. Limitations of Liability

- The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, modifications, or lack of maintenance performed by previous owners or contractors.

- The Service Provider is not responsible for issues outside the scope of the bag replacement, including electrical faults, motor failure, clogged pipes, or system malfunction unrelated to the bag.
4. Health & Safety Considerations
- Staff may decline or postpone service if the area is unsafe (e.g., aggressive pets, hazardous environment, suspected mold, strong odours, or infestations).
- Staff may wear PPE such as gloves or masks during dust removal.
- The Customer agrees to notify the Service Provider if anyone in the home has respiratory issues or requires extra caution, so appropriate steps can be taken.
